The Team
Operations leader and PhD-trained biomedical scientist with 20+ years of experience scaling laboratory, cellular therapy, biorepository, and logistics operations in regulated life sciences environments. Proven track record of building operational infrastructure, launching new service lines, leading quality and regulatory programs, optimizing costs, and supporting organizational growth across CAP, CLIA, FACT, FDA, GMP, and GxP environments. Expertise includes cell and gene therapy operations, biorepository management, clinical trial support, quality systems, logistics and supply chain management, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership. Passionate about building scalable solutions that align scientific excellence, operational performance, and customer success.
My work sits at the intersection of quality and operations. I treat quality as an enabling discipline — designing frameworks that reduce friction rather than create it. In practice, that means building QA systems that support clinical execution, drafting and negotiating quality agreements that hold up operationally, translating FDA requirements into repeatable workflows, and leading audits (FACT, CLIA, FDA, commercial sponsors) that reflect the real state of the program.
